You can become a Special License Plate Captain by recruiting people to purchase a Special License Plate. Here’s a breakdown of how it works:
- Recruit at least 10 people (including yourself) to purchase a Special License Plate.
- Get a two-digit number (between 10 and 99) assigned to your Special License Plate, with numbers distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Request a Special License Plate Captain’s package by emailing [email protected], or alternatively, download and print 10 copies of the mail-in application.
